Design Story
The original loft offered strong proportions, generous daylight, and a raw concrete ceiling. TIOR STUDIO softened that architectural framework with ivory upholstery, sculptural lighting, and restrained wood accents, creating a living room that feels collected rather than decorated.
Low furniture preserves the openness of the room, while curved forms balance the linear windows and media wall. Every piece contributes to one calm, gallery-like composition designed for everyday living and long-term value.
A Softer Center
The low ivory sofa establishes a relaxed center without blocking the loft windows. Layered cushions and a luminous floor lamp add tactile depth to the restrained palette. A dark wood side table introduces visual weight beside the minimal media wall. Its compact form keeps circulation open while giving the room a clear focal accent.
Curves Within the Grid
The round stone coffee table softens the straight architectural lines around it. Its pale surface connects naturally with the sofa while preserving a light, open foreground.
A Balanced Media Wall
The media wall is framed with slender vertical speakers rather than heavy storage. This symmetrical arrangement gives the technology a deliberate architectural presence. Soft upholstery is paired with reflective metal and layered lighting. The contrast keeps the neutral composition dimensional throughout the day and into the evening.
An Open Conversation Zone
A slim lounge chair extends the seating area toward the window without crowding the room. Its open frame allows light and sightlines to move freely through the space.
Reflected Daylight
The circular mirror draws daylight deeper into the room and breaks the repetition of rectangular walls and windows. It also creates a more generous sense of depth.
Grounded by Dark Wood
A small dark table anchors the media side of the room and repeats the warmer timber notes used throughout the styling. The effect is quiet, practical, and cohesive. From the sofa to the tables and lighting, the furniture remains low and carefully spaced. The final composition feels complete while leaving the loft architecture visible.
